I think I mentioned earlier what cock rings are used for. They restrict blood flow out of the penis causing a firmer, longer lasting erection. Unfortunately some cock rings are just a solid piece of metal. This is kind of a bad idea because most folks say that you should only wear a cock ring for a maximum of 30 minutes.
